Pipe Layers Needed In Gambrills, MD

Responsibilities

• Install and connect underground piping systems for water, sewer, storm drainage, and gas projects
• Ensure safe, accurate, and efficient utility installation on job sites
• Lay, connect, and align pipe according to grade and specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and pipe laser setups
• Assist equipment operators with trench depth and pipe placement
• Ensure proper sealing of joints and bedding / backfill compaction
• Follow OSHA safety standards and CSC protocols on site
• Collaborate with foremen, operators, and crew members to meet production goals
• Perform general labor and site cleanup as needed

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00 / hr.
