Accounts Receivable Coordinator

ABF Security is currently looking for a team-oriented individual with strong communication and customer service skills to fulfill our Accounts Receivable Coordinator role. If you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and think you have what it takes, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities :

• Answer calls from customers regarding invoices and payments
• Calculate viable payment arrangements for troubled accounts
• Make outbound collection calls and prepare collection letters as needed
• Prepare aged receivable reports for management and sales review
• Assist customers with problem resolution
• Send delinquent accounts to escalated collection or legal action
• Prepare UCC-1 and lien filings
• Organize weekly accounts receivable status meetings
• Assist in special projects
• Scan new orders into an automated digital work flow
• Scan critical documents to a digital filing system
