Position : Industrial Medical Provider

Company : Unify Health Services

Shift Schedule :

  • Monday : 5 : 00 AM - 2 : 30 PM
  • Tuesday to Thursday : 6 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM
  • Friday : 7 : 00 AM - 11 : 00 AM

As an Industrial Medical Provider, you'll play a key role in promoting health, preventing injuries, and supporting wellness for employees in a manufacturing environment. This fast-paced, hands-on role requires adaptability, a proactive mindset, and a strong commitment to safety.     Qualifications

    Required :

  • Active license or certification in the applicable state
  • CPR and First Aid certification
  • 6 months to 1 year of professional experience

    • Preferred :

  • Experience in industrial healthcare
  • Familiarity with workplace safety and OSHA regulations

    • Physical Demands

  • Frequent standing, walking, and sitting
  • Tasks involving pinching, grasping, and gripping
  • Reaching from floor level to overhead
  • Occasional stooping and bending
  • Periodic computer work
  • Lifting 30-50 lbs as needed

    • Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct return-to-work visits, including breath alcohol tests and urine drug screens
  • Perform physicals for new hires, including audiograms, vision screenings, urine drug screens, and medical questionnaires
  • Respond to illnesses or injuries on the plant floor or in the onsite center
  • Utilize available resources such as vaccines, COVID / flu tests, EKG machine, emergency kits, and AEDs
  • Provide care within OSHA first aid guidelines (not full scope of licensure)
