Entry-level Medical Device Assembler

We are seeking an Entry-Level Assembler to join our team in a production environment focused on building high-quality medical equipment, spare parts, and accessories . This position is ideal for individuals looking to start or grow a career in manufacturing and electronics assembly.

Entry Level Assembler Compensation

• The pay for this position is $17.00 / hr
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Entry Level Assembler Highlights

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• The required availability for this position Monday–Friday, 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM

Entry Level Assembler Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic components by following detailed written instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Use basic hand tools such as screwdrivers and measurement instruments
• Work effectively as part of a team in a cleanroom or controlled manufacturing environment
• Perform tasks with attention to detail and in accordance with quality and safety standards
• Rotate between different tasks and responsibilities as needed

Entry Level Assembler Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 0–1 year of experience in manufacturing or assembly preferred
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend written instructions in English
• Basic math skills and ability to follow written directions accurately
• Comfortable standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods
• Ability to lift / move items as required (reasonable accommodations available)
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
