Job descriptionActive state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) CPR / AED certification Current First Aid certification is required or must be willing and able to become First Aid certified. Prior experience working with geriatric clients is preferred. Basic computer skills are required. - Insulin administration and supervision
- Medication administration and supervision
- Management of medication supply and medication cart
- Obtaining, recording, and reporting vital signs
- Processing medication re-orders
- Dressing, grooming, shower assistance
- Reporting of health status concerns
- Other duties as assigned
