Assistant Production Manager 2nd Shift
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add an Assistant Production Manager 2nd shift located in Fontana, CA.
Reporting to the Production Manager, the Assistant Production Manager 2nd shift is responsible for overseeing front-line employees in an assigned department to ensure efficiency and quality in production operations.
What a typical day looks like :
- Oversees the daily workflow and schedules of the department.
- May handle discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
- Identifies and corrects problems and inefficiencies in process, materials, equipment, or skills.
- Develops and implements procedures and strategies to ensure a safe work environment.
- Provides recommendations to increase productivity and efficiency of the department.
