Family or Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (Full-Time)—Salisbury, MD

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric or Family Nurse Practitioner to join a well-established outpatient healthcare team committed to delivering exceptional care to children and adolescents. This is a full-time, in-person position ideal for a provider passionate about pediatric care and eager to make a lasting impact in the community.

Job Type : Full-Time |On-Site

Pay : Competitive Pay + Benefits + Performance Bonus

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM (with a 1-hour lunch break); Half-day Saturdays on a rotating basis (approximately once every 5 weeks)

Requirements

Active Nurse Practitioner license (Pediatric or Family NP)

Clinical experience in pediatrics preferred

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Must be able to commute to or relocate to Salisbury, MD before start date

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive, high-quality primary care to pediatric patients in a clinical setting

Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members

Educate patients and families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment plans

Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

Participate in a rotating Saturday schedule (half-day, 1 out of every 5 weeks)
