A company is looking for a Customer Care Representative II / Coach.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support and answer inquiries from Customer Care Representatives regarding products and operations
Act as the first line of escalation to resolve customer challenges effectively
Assist in training new hire representatives and identify solutions to departmental issues
Required Qualifications
One or more years of experience in customer contact handling, preferably assisting front line representatives
Proficiency with technology and Microsoft Office
Ability to work any assigned shift within Customer Care's operational hours
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
Demonstrated track record of meeting KPIs, metrics, and goals
