Job Description :

Provide direct patient care according to established nursing standards and protocols

Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed

Monitor and document patient vital signs, symptoms, and progress

Assist with wound care, specimen collection, and basic diagnostic procedures

Support physicians and RNs during examinations and procedures

Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)

Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and follow-up instructions

Ensure infection control, safety, and compliance with all clinical guidelines

Coordinate patient flow, scheduling, and room preparation as needed

Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to support patient care

Respond to emergencies and follow appropriate clinical protocols
