As an Analytical Laboratory Manager in Richland, WA, you will be part of the proven team in the Fuel Business Unit. Your work will include :

• Managing a team of approximately 20 people ensuring personal and workplace compliance with company and regulatory agency policies
• Develop and monitor goals, objectives and standards of performance for assigned team members.
• Ensuring strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and follows Good Laboratory Practices to ensure the safe generation of high quality and reliable data.
• Support Interpretation and explanation of results to internal and external customers.
• Support lab instrument procurement and qualification activities.
• Ensure strategy in place for procurement and preventive maintenance of instrumentation to maximize instrument efficiency and lifetime.
• Support Quality Manager and department colleagues as needed to ensure goals and objectives of the group are consistently met.

Framatome's Richland, WA facility is a licensed nuclear fuel manufacturing site and complies with US Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and US Department of Energy (DOE) regulations. This position is safety-sensitive and pre-employment drug / alcohol screening is required. Any employment offer is contingent upon the successful completion of a background investigation.

The range of base salary for the position is between $123,000 - $167,000, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits.
