USRM Data Analytics and Engineering is actively searching for a highly productive member of a distributed, dynamic agile team to serve as a partner in designing, developing, analyzing & testing innovative cloud data warehouse solutions for Small Commercial.

This is a fast-paced environment providing rapid delivery of premium and loss data pertinent for regulatory and reporting. In this role you will work on a highly collaborative team that values speed and quality, with a strong desire to drive change and foster a positive work environment.

• This is a hybrid role requiring two days in the office a week in one of our tech hub locations (Boston, MA, Portsmouth, NH, Plano, TX, Indianapolis, IN & Columbus, OH)

Job Summary :

As a Data Engineer, you will work collaboratively on a geographically distributed agile team to develop and

enhance complex systems from user stories and technical / architectural specifications. You will analyze complex technical system problems and create innovative solutions that exceed customer expectations for Small Commercial.

This is a fast-paced environment providing rapid delivery of premium and loss data pertinent for regulatory and reporting. Pay Philosophy : The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, experience, education, certifications and location. The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role. Some roles at Liberty Mutual have a corresponding compensation plan which may include commission and / or bonus earnings at rates that vary based on multiple factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.
