Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound engagement phone calls to members to enhance satisfaction
Assist members in navigating the healthcare system and addressing health plan concerns
Maintain empathy and professionalism while documenting call logs and participating in program improvements
Required Qualifications
High School degree or GED equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Two years of experience in a related field, preferably in healthcare or member engagement
Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
Continuous learning and progress toward certification is encouraged
Fluency in English and Spanish is a plus
