Job Title : Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Specialty : Wound / Ostomy Care - Critical Need

Job Duration : 20 weeks

Shift : Day - 5x8 - 07 : 00 AM - 03 : 00 PM (40 Hours per week)

Guaranteed Hours : 40

Experience : 1-year recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience

License : Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided)

Certifications : Basic Life Support

Must-Have : Graduate of an accredited nursing program

Job Description :

• Provide specialized wound and ostomy care to patients.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Educate patients and families on wound / ostomy care techniques.
• Maintain accurate and timely charting and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices.
• Assist in improving patient outcomes through quality care interventions.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training programs.
• Uphold the values and standards of the nursing profession.
