LocumJobsOnline is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified Obstetrics and Gynecology MD in Pennsylvania!

Pay Information

$2,600 to $2,700 per day

About The Position

We are currently seeking a Board-Certified OB / GYN for 24-hour call coverage in Langhorne, Pennsylvania , starting in July . This opportunity is in a hospital-based setting with an experienced team and full support.

Position Details :

Setting : Hospital call coverage

Schedule : 24-hour weekday and 48-hour weekend call (1 : 6 ratio)

Start Date : July

Coverage Reason : Vacancy due to loss of full-time OB / GYN

Facility Info : L&D Beds : 8

Postpartum Beds : 24

Nursery Level : Level II

EMR : Epic

Trauma Level : II

Support Staff : Midwife, laborist, and nursing team

Onsite Services : Lab and ultrasound

Clinical Volume & Scope :

Avg. Patients / Day : 3

Avg. Nursery Admissions : 3 / day

GYN Cases : 10% of workload

C-Section Rate : 25%

GYN Surgeries : 1 / day

High-Risk Pregnancy : 40%

Low-Risk Pregnancy : 60%

Required Procedures Include :

Vaginal & C-Section Deliveries (including VBACs and complicated deliveries)

OB Ultrasound (Level I / Screening and Interpretation)

Cervical Cerclage, LOA’s, Chromal Tubation

Operative GYN (Ectopic, Cystectomy, Tubal Ligation, etc.)

Repair of 3rd & 4th-degree lacerations

FHR Interpretation – NST / CST / FSE

Requirements :

Board Certification – Required

Pennsylvania Medical License – Required

Advanced Fetal Monitoring Certification – Required

No IMLC or out-of-state license accepted
