This Management Trainee role, supporting AT&T Business, includes training in business development, client service protocols, and the operational management of a large-scale telecommunications marketing initiative.
As a Management Trainee , you will be tasked with analyzing key facets of the AT&T Business service delivery model. The Business Management Trainee’s contributions will directly support client acquisition initiatives and account coordination efforts, providing you with a holistic view of high-performance business campaign management.
Role Requirements for a Management Trainee
Assist senior account managers in executing structured outreach campaigns that promote AT&T Business wireless, internet, and VoIP solutions to companies.
Analyze client data for upsell opportunities, performance trends, and operational improvements for AT&T's business portfolio.
Coordinate service scheduling and documentation by verifying eligibility, updating CRM records, and ensuring timely handoff to installation and provisioning teams.
Maintain accurate CRM entries to track customer interactions, service milestones, and account activity, supporting campaign reporting and client retention efforts.
Participate in strategy sessions and performance reviews by contributing insights on client engagement, messaging effectiveness, and service delivery outcomes.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve service-related issues, optimize outreach workflows, and support campaign execution throughout the AT&T Business lifecycle.
