Inpatient Pharmacist - Chicago, IL

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Inpatient Pharmacist for a 13-week contract assignment in the Chicago, IL area. This position supports inpatient clinical and operational workflows with rotating day and evening shifts, and potential extension based on department needs.

Location : Chicago, IL

Type : 13-Week Contract (Possible Extension or Perm Hire)

Start Date : ASAP

Schedule : Rotating 1st & 2nd Shifts (7 : 00am 3 : 30pm | 2 : 30pm 10 : 00pm)

Weekend Rotation : Required

Responsibilities :

Provide clinical, verification, and dispensing support within an inpatient hospital environment

Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams across assigned units

Ensure safe and accurate delivery of medication therapy

Perform clinical consults, dosing review, and medication-related documentation

Utilize Cerner for order entry and patient medication management

Requirements :

Active Illinois Pharmacist License in good standing

Strong inpatient clinical hospital experience required

Oncology experience preferred

Cerner experience a plus
