Job Summary

As BDA continues to grow, we are seeking a Director of Marketing to join our team and drive sales enablement initiatives. The Director of Marketing will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between sales strategy and execution. This position focuses on empowering our sales teams to sell more effectively by developing digital and social assets and implementing processes, tools, and training programs to enhance sales productivity and client engagement. In this role, the Director of Marketing will oversee the creation and maintenance of sales enablement content, including sales decks, playbooks, case studies, and product collateral, as well as manage a cohesive sales enablement roadmap aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and have experience in managing a diverse team, ensuring that team objectives are met efficiently and effectively. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and partners, to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Oversee a team driving social and digital marketing efforts.
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and relevance of content across teams.
  • Optimize content for various stages of the buyer’s journey.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales enablement.
  • Regularly assess the effectiveness of enablement initiatives.
  • Foster strong relationships with sales leaders and individual contributors.
  • Align messaging, processes, and systems to enhance the overall sales experience.

  • Great collaborator with ability to work across organization with various stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in an energetic and fast-paced environment.
  • QUALIFICATIONS

  • BA / BS degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Proved experience (7-10+ years) in sales enablement, channel development, or B2B sales.
  • Proven team leadership skills.
  • Experience with the development of client-facing assets.
  • ADDITIONAL NOTES

    Excellent PowerPoint skill a plus.

    We are pleased to share the base salary range for this position is $140,000 to $155,000. If you are hired at BDA, your compensation will be determined based on factors that may include geographic location, skills, education, and experience. In addition to these factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any offer. In the spirit of pay transparency, the range listed is the full base salary range for the role and hiring at the top of the range would not be typical, in order to allow for future salary growth. The range listed is just one component of BDA’s total compensation and rewards programs, which includes : robust PTO; vacation, a paid volunteer day, holidays and summer Fridays, Benefits; medical, dental, vision, life, and AD&D insurance, 401k; tuition reimbursement, mental health and financial wellness programs and professional development opportunities including tuition reimbursement. Certain revenue-generating positions may be eligible for incentive compensation.
