Key Responsibilities :

Operate and maintain permanent mold casting machines, ensuring precision and quality control.

Utilize technical skills to troubleshoot, solve problems, and optimize mold casting processes.

Ensure products consistently meet exact specifications and company standards.

Work with ERP systems and other cloud-based software to manage production flow and improve operational efficiency.

Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe, efficient, and productive workflow.

Requirements :

Ability to perform physical duties such as lifting 30+ pounds, bending, twisting, and standing for long periods.

High school diploma or equivalent.

U.S. citizenship or documented residency.

Must be 18+ years old.

Familiarity with computer systems and software is required.
