The Role :

• Serve as a key legal partner to the commercial function, providing practical, business‑oriented advice on a wide range of legal matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including SaaS, vendor, partnership, and confidentiality agreements.
• Advise on corporate governance, entity management, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Develop and maintain expertise in ClickUp’s contracting instruments and corporate structure, ensuring best‑in‑class legal support for business initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate legal risks, and to implement scalable legal processes.
• Contribute to legal team knowledge‑sharing, process improvement, and the development of templates and playbooks.

This position is eligible for the following benefits and perks :

USA Salary Range (OTE)

$145,000 — $198,500 USD
