An exciting opportunity exists for an RF Electrical Test Engineer I – 4th Shift to join our engineering test team at the Advanced Microelectronics Solutions Department (AMSD) at Raytheon in Andover, MA. AMSD develops, designs, and manufactures compound semiconductor devices, microwave / millimeter-wave integrated circuits, and modules for defense applications.

Responsibilities to Anticipate :

• Oversee measurements on GaAs and GaN devices and MMICs (Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuits) in a production environment
• Setup electrical test systems
• Utilize software to control test equipment and upload test results
• Validate test systems setups, review, and accept compliant device data
• Support the wafer foundry and MMIC design teams

What We Offer :

The salary range for this role is 55,000 USD - 107,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and / or the company's performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
