Facilities Maintenance Leader - Muncie, IN - Full-Time | Direct Hire
We’re partnering with a leading client in the Muncie area to find a hands-on Facilities & Maintenance Leader who will ensure the facility and equipment are operating safely and efficiently. This is a working leadership role with strong shop floor presence.
🛠️ What You’ll Do :
- Maintain and repair machinery, equipment, and building structures
- Troubleshoot and perform planned maintenance on mechanical / electrical systems
- Inspect critical equipment for compliance with specs and safety standards
- Install and maintain wiring, lighting, HVAC systems
- Lead and supervise maintenance team
