Job descriptionFull table service including menu suggestions, upselling, delivery of food, and check settlement Maintain bar, dining room, and kitchen working areas Taking orders Delivering food Serving alcohol Busing, cleaning, and resetting tables Opening and closing side work Additional responsibilities as needed by request of the Bar Supervisor, Director of Food & Beverage, Catering Manager, General Manager or Executive Chef Tuesday - Sunday Availability to work Monday Golf Outings if required Service Charge from tickets paid out in tips, in bi-weekly paychecks Country Club / Restaurant experience : 1 year (Preferred)

Brookside Country Club in Macungie, PA is looking for friendly, knowledgeable, service-oriented restaurant servers with a passion for hospitality to join our team.
Servers are responsible for selling and serving food and beverages using their knowledge, hospitality and service skills. A knowledge of wines, liquor and cocktails is a plus.
Key Requirements :
- A gracious, friendly, and helpful attitude towards members and guests
- Efficient communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a very busy environment
- Flexible schedule with full availability on nights, weekends and holidays
- Familiarity with Jonas POS is a plus, but not required
- Must be able to lift items weighing between 5-50lbs
- Must be able to stand on your feet for 4 hours + during a shift
- Ability to work outdoors in the summer months, without any immediate issues to heat
