We are seeking a Program Coordinator Admin to serve as a critical program liaison, providing robust support for the implementation, delivery, and monitoring of a key organizational program. This role requires strong administrative initiative , extensive knowledge of internal protocols, and the ability to ensure smooth program functioning in a dynamic environment.
Location : Fully Remote (Local Office for reference : 200 15th Ave., E Seattle, WA 98112)
Compensation : $26 / hr
Schedule : Day shift, flexible once trained.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Liaison & Coordination : Serve as the primary point of contact for the program, coordinating activities both within and external to the department. Answer questions regarding program operations, policies, and compliance requirements.
- Administrative and Workflow Management : Coordinate the administrative workflow of the department, making recommendations for new processes as needed. Screen phone and email inquiries, assessing problems to determine appropriate responses based on general policies.
- Data and Reporting : Utilize a variety of software and databases (including EPIC administrative, Microsoft Office Suite, and SharePoint ) for data entry, extraction, and preparing communications. Prepare management information reports, including narrative and graphic presentations summarizing findings, variances, and budget recommendations .
- Project Tracking : Track milestones in project plans and follow up with team members to ensure the timely completion of assignments. Schedule resources for project teams, including conference rooms, caterers, and equipment.
- Top Daily Tasks : Setting up guarantor accounts , Inbox management , and New hire processing .
Qualifications
Experience : Minimum of 2–3 years of healthcare administration experience is required. Experience with clinic registrar or hospital admissions (creating patient accounts) is highly desirable.Skills : Must be precision / detail-oriented with strong interdepartmental communication skills and good time management .Technical Proficiency : Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint). Experience using Excel pivot tables and Visio is highly valued.Compliance : Must be able to ensure program compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulations.Note : If this role were to become onsite, a flu vaccine would be required.
