Licensed Vocational Nurse ???? San Angelo, TX

What You’ll Do :

As an LVN , you’ll provide hands-on nursing care, assist with medications, perform health assessments, support vaccination / testing efforts, and document all care activities. You’ll work closely with a clinical team to follow individualized care plans.

What We’re Looking For :

• ️ Active Texas LVN / LPN license
• ️ 2+ years’ experience in acute care, LTC, public health, or clinic settings preferred
• ️ Behavioral health or dual-diagnosis experience is a plus
• ️ CPR (AHA), photo ID, recent PPD, and COVID-19 card (if applicable)
• ️ Must pass drug screen, background check & FBI fingerprinting
• ???? Shift Options : 2 : 00 PM–10 : 00 PM or 10 : 00 PM–6 : 00 AM
• ???? Schedule : Mon–Fri first 4 weeks, then rotating; every 3rd weekend off
• ???? 40 hours / week | All onboarding must be completed before start
