Responsibilities include :

• Overseeing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Managing and motivating team members to maintain high performance standards
• Running shifts efficiently, ensuring timely food preparation and delivery
• Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
• Assisting in training and developing new team members
• Managing cash handling and financial transactions accurately
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment

• Collaborating with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and improve store performance
• Assisting in inventory management and supply ordering
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
