What You'll Do

• Serve as a trusted partner to IT and Empower teams, identifying innovative solutions for operational and technical needs.
• Analyze and resolve Level 1-3 customer-reported issues, ensuring timely and effective feedback.
• Conduct application and integrated testing for assigned modules, validating builds with end users.
• Participate in operational discovery sessions to uncover organizational needs and recommend improvements.
• Support integration with third-party applications when applicable.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date department documentation.
• Provide regular status updates to management and actively contribute in meetings and committees.
• Represent the team with professionalism-even under tight deadlines and high-pressure situations.
