Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a Motion Designer to join our in-house creative team in Medina, OH. This role is about bringing stories to life through movement—transforming strategy and messaging into dynamic, emotionally resonant visual content. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver with a strong sense of timing, composition, and storytelling. You'll collaborate with designers, editors, and strategists to produce compelling motion graphics that drive engagement and inspire action.

What You'll Do

• Create high-impact motion graphics for digital campaigns, social media, video content, and presentations.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director and other team members to conceptualize and execute visual storytelling.
• Animate typography, illustrations, and visual elements to enhance narrative and brand messaging.
• Edit and composite video footage, integrating motion design seamlessly.
• Develop storyboards, style frames, and prototypes to communicate ideas.
• Stay current with animation trends, techniques, and tools.
• Ensure brand consistency across all motion assets.
• Present concepts and final deliverables to internal teams and clients.
