Coach Flag Football

Overview

We are seeking an energetic, positive, and responsible Youth Flag Football Coach to lead and develop young athletes in our flag football program. The ideal candidate is passionate about sports, enjoys working with kids, and understands the importance of teamwork, skill development, and fun in youth athletics.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead age-appropriate flag football practices that teach fundamental skills (throwing, catching, running routes, defense, teamwork).
• Coach games with a focus on player development, sportsmanship, and safety.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and encouraging environment for all participants.
• Communicate effectively with parents, players, and program staff regarding schedules, expectations, and progress.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed and equipment is properly maintained.
• Model and teach respect, teamwork, discipline, and resilience.
