Key Responsibilities
Calculate pre-disability earnings and collaborate with claim teams to refine processes
Review financial data to identify and process overpayments and underpayments
Monitor and manage ASO Full Service subaccounts and research outstanding checks
Required Qualifications and Education
High School Diploma required
2-5 years of aligned experience in finance or disability claims
Familiarity with financial documents such as tax returns and payroll statements
Knowledge of disability offsets, taxes, and overpayment recovery processes is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software
