Job Details :

• Work varied schedule including weekdays and weekends
• Weekend and holiday on-call responsibilities required
• ACLS certification required
• BLS certification required
• Current valid RN license required
• Minimum one year experience in acute care hospital setting required
• Experience within past 12 months in specialty area required
• Cerner charting experience preferred
• Circulating experience for orthopedic, gynecological, general, podiatry and robotics procedures
• Endoscopy experience preferred
• Professional certification preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care of patients
• Provide direct patient care, coordination, delegation and supervision
• Maintain clinical performance competencies through annual validations
• Document assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation in patient records
• Participate in unit or facility shared leadership activities
• Must use standard precautions due to exposure to blood and bodily fluids
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds and assist patients with mobility
• Requires fine motor skills and adequate eye-hand coordination
