Our client is a global firm looking for a mid-level Real Estate Associate in Las Vegas.

Compensation for this position will be based on the qualifications and experience of the selected candidate. In other locations, the prevailing market rates, cost of living, and other job-related factors permitted by law will be considered.. Job Details

Candidates should possess 3–5 years of experience in commercial real estate, focusing on real estate acquisitions and dispositions, commercial real estate leasing, experience with management of portfolio or multi-site financing or sales transactions, title and survey review, and general transactional due diligence.

Ideal candidates will also have experience in joint ventures, real estate finance, including negotiation / preparation of loan agreements, mortgages, loan documents, and issuing of Nevada legal opinions.

Experience in more than one of the following areas is required : real estate acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, joint ventures, finance, fund formation, and private equity investments.

Candidates should possess a strong academic background, superior drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to take on significant project responsibility and manage a challenging workload within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Candidates should also be diligent, detail-oriented, proactive, supportive, and team-oriented.

Must be admitted or be eligible for admission to the Nevada Bar.
