Specialist, Legal & Compliance

About the role :

We are seeking a Specialist to oversee and manage all conflicts-of-interest related queries globally, which includes acting as a sounding board for the Conflicts of Interest Policy. This position reports to a Sr. Director on Gartner's Compliance & Data Protection team.

What You'll do :

• Ensure conformity with the Gartner Conflicts of Interest Policy by responding to, triaging and / or escalating queries submitted to the COI Resource Center.
• Collaborate with other team members across the globe on projects and initiatives through transparent and proactive communication to improve Gartner's processes, policies, and training, with a focus on conflicts of interest.
• Contribute to standardization and innovative efforts to document and report on the matters handled by the team, and to drive usage of new tools and techniques in the Compliance & Data Protection team, including automation.
• Document matters that represent operational, reputational, or legal risk to Gartner and its brand and escalate as needed.

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 49,000 USD - 68,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
