Your Role in the Transformation :

• Install with Precision - Fit and secure windows to ensure a perfect seal, optimal function, and aesthetic alignment.
• Restore and Revitalize - Remove old or damaged windows and prep openings to create a seamless transition for new installations.
• Customize and Fit - Adjust and tailor installations to accommodate unique spaces or customer preferences.
• Prepare the Framework - Measure, cut, and assemble materials to ensure accurate and secure window installation.
• Collaborate with the Team - Work closely with other professionals to meet project deadlines and exceed customer expectations.

• Experienced Professional - You have experience in window installation or a related trade and know the tools of the trade.
• Detail-Oriented Craftsman - You have an eye for detail and pride yourself on flawless finishes and functionality.
• Physically Capable - You can lift, carry, and maneuver materials safely to complete hands-on work with precision. And you're not afraid of using a ladder or scaffolding.
• Customer-Focused - You understand the value of a great customer experience and approach every job with professionalism.
• Safety-Minded - You prioritize safety, adhere to best practices on-site, and ensure every project is completed safely for yourself, your team, and the homeowner.
