The Quick Lane Technician at Gwinnett Place Ford is responsible for providing high-quality automotive service in a fast-paced environment. This role requires technical proficiency and the ability to work efficiently to meet customer demands.

Responsibilities :

• Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements
• Repair vehicle issues accurately and promptly
• Ensure customer vehicles are serviced and repaired to the highest standards
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding service recommendations and vehicle updates
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
