$110k to $120k

Were looking for a Superintendent who knows how to lead from the front. Youll run day-to-day field operations on commercial and multifamily jobs-keeping subs aligned, schedules tight, and quality where it needs to be. If youre hands-on, detail-focused, and committed to getting it done right (not just fast), youll fit right in.

What Youll Do

• Oversee daily site activities and manage subcontractor performance.
• Coordinate scheduling, deliveries, inspections, and manpower.
• Enforce safety protocols and lead daily / weekly safety meetings.
• Communicate with PMs on progress, challenges, and resource needs.
• Track quality control and solve field issues as they come up.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite.
• Assist with punch list and project closeout.
