Report : Service Coordinator.Responsibilities
Provide maintenance, repair, and installation assistance of CNC machine tools on location or by telephone.Create and update documentation of technical information.Develop, prepare, generate, and analyze ongoing and ad-hoc special reports pertaining to Service.Collaborate effectively with Customer Service Engineers and demonstrate teamwork.Assist and train Customer Service Engineers on new product lines.Build strong communication and customer service relationships.Manage difficult customer situations positively and respond promptly to needs.Requirements
3-5 years of electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance of CNC machine tools.Experience with DMG or MORI SEIKI machines, Fanuc, Mitsubishi, and / or Siemens controls is a plus.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong customer service orientation.Ability to communicate effectively in person and over the phone at all organizational levels.Proven ability to read mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and PLC ladder diagrams.Basic computer skills with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.Adaptability to changing work environments and managing competing demands.Preferred : Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in a related field.Work Environment
Exposure to manufacturing / machining environments with potential hazards such as noise, electricity, chemicals, heavy equipment, and machinery.
Physical Demands
