Key Responsibilities :
Provide professional and accurate communication to customers
Collaborate with team members and manage ticket prioritization and escalation
Assist clients with low impact technical issues and coordinate resources for maximum utilization
Required Qualifications :
1-2 years of experience in a Customer Service role
Experience with incident response and customer service communication
1+ years of experience with ConnectWise or similar PSA tools preferred
Ability to navigate MS Office products and understand technology terms
Basic understanding of technology and its impact on business operations
