Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field. 7+ years of experience in product testing, quality assurance, or reliability engineering. At least 2 years of team leadership or project management experience. Strong knowledge of test equipment, instrumentation, and validation methods. Familiarity with regulatory standards such as UL, CE, FCC, or IEC 61010 / 61326. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of test engineers, developing structured test plans, procedures, and schedules across multiple projects.
- Participate in hands-on testing, including performance, reliability, and environmental testing of electronics and sensors.
- Support design validation, root cause analysis, and resolution of hardware and system-level issues.
- Implement quality processes aligned with ISO 9001 and internal standards, ensuring compliance with safety and EMC standards (UL 61010, IEC 61326, CE).
- Oversee test documentation, validation protocols, and traceability, collaborating with R&D, compliance, and production teams to close quality gaps and drive continuous improvement.
