Radiology Operations Support Associate

A company is looking for an Operations Support Associate - Radiology.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for clients and clinicians, handling calls, emails, and chats

Monitor PACS and clinical applications for compliance, troubleshoot issues, and facilitate provider communications

Contribute to knowledge base documentation and collaborate with team members for workflow improvements

Required Qualifications

Associate's degree with 1 year in radiology support or HS / GED with 3 years in healthcare / radiology support

Experience with EMR and radiology applications preferred; familiarity with medical terminology is a plus

Experience with CRM / ticketing systems, preferably Salesforce

PC / hardware support experience preferred

Highly organized with a strong ability to multitask and troubleshoot
