About The Position

Must-Have :

Must be able to pass arrhythmia and medication test on the first day.

On-call requirements apply.

All requested time off (RTO) must be included in the initial submission.

Description :

This position requires experience in an emergency room setting.

The staff-to-patient ratio is 1 : 4.

The workload involves handling a diverse patient population, including neonates, adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics.

Daily visits in the unit average around 85.

The unit has 16 rooms and 125 total beds.

The role includes responsibilities such as continuous IV sedation, procedural sedation administration, monitoring, triage, and care for ventilated patients.

The ideal candidate will have experience with charting systems, preferably recent experience with specific systems.

Candidates must complete a cardiac dysrhythmia test and a moderate sedation test on the first day of orientation.

Failure to pass these tests will result in discontinuation from the position.

The facility follows a strict attendance policy; missing more than two shifts per contract without reasonable explanation may lead to contract cancellation.

Compliance documents are to be submitted in advance of the start date.
