A Paving Technician works with a concrete paving crew and uses robotic total stations to control grade and alignment of the pavers. The position requires the ability to setup a total station and understand the Leica Icon system. When not paving, the position will involve construction survey staking using robotic total stations or GPS rovers on multiple heavy civil construction projects.

• Responsible for setting up and running the Leica Icon system
• Responsible for running trimmer with Leica
• Learning to run the Trimble DiNi, Trimble GPS, Trimble Total Station
• Responsible for setting up Leica Total Stations and move ahead for paver or trimmer
• 1-2+ years of experience of surveying in heavy civil construction preferred
• Leica experience required
