This is an exciting opportunity to lead the opening of a new, sophisticated restaurant as the General Manager. We're seeking a dynamic and experienced leader with 5+ years of restaurant management experience, ideally including new restaurant openings.
You'll be responsible for all aspects of restaurant operations, from maximizing financial and operational goals to building and training a passionate team that delivers exceptional guest experiences. Key responsibilities include ensuring regulatory compliance, recruitment, hiring, and staff development.

Compensation :
$65,000 - $75,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Elevate Guest Experience : Guarantee consistently impeccable customer service and hospitality, exceeding guest expectations at every interaction.
- Develop High Performing Team : Lead and train a first class front of house staff through disciplined leadership and continuous training.
- Optimize Inventory and Forecasting : Manage f&b and dining product inventories, and accurately forecast sales trends to ensure efficient operations.
- Drive Marketing and Community Engagement : Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing and community activities to enhance brand awareness and attract guests.
- Maintain Quality Standards : Ensure all products and services consistently meet and exceed company quality standards.
- Implement Performance Management : Conduct regular team member assessments and hold staff accountable through effective performance management practices.
- Maximize Guest Satisfaction : Drive initiatives to ensure the highest levels of guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.

Minimum Qualifications :
Proven Leadership : Minimum of 5 years of General Manager experience in a full-service restaurant environment.Beverage Expertise : Comprehensive knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer.Team Development Mastery : Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, and maintain a high-performing, skilled staff.Financial Acumen : Proven track record of achieving financial success through effective sales and budget management.Management Team Leadership : Experience in leading and holding management teams accountable for performance.Restaurant Opening Experience (Preferred) : Prior experience in opening new restaurants is a significant plus.About Company
