In this dynamic role, you will play a pivotal part in enhancing customer experience and driving sales through innovative visual merchandising and operational excellence. Your creative abilities will shine as you transform store layouts and presentations to tell compelling stories and attract customers.

Your Key Responsibilities

Assist store management in the strategic planning and execution of visual merchandising displays.

Consistently implement corporate standards for visual presentation across the store.

Revamp merchandise sets according to product availability to keep displays fresh and engaging.

Enhance the overall shopping experience by elevating visual and merchandise presentations throughout the store.

Ensure that all visual components are well-cared for and maintained in an organized workspace.

Collaborate with store leadership to oversee the timely installation, adjustment, and removal of visual displays and merchandising projects.

Conduct regular quality checks with management to prioritize visual and merchandise initiatives.

Partner with the District Visual Lead to share insights and align with company strategies.

Adhere to product protection guidelines to reduce shrinkage.

Support the onboarding and training of new team members.

Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers in all areas of the store.

What You Bring to the Table

Required Skills :

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Willingness to travel occasionally for new store openings.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Flexibility to work varied hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Skills :

Previous experience in retail or service industries.

Pay Range : $16.65 - $26.15
