Candidate Requirements :

• Minimum of 7-15 years as a Construction Superintendent
• Corporate interiors, commercial, healthcare or education experience required
• OSHA 10, OSHA 30 or higher certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Construction Science, or related field preferred but not required.
• Ability to run multiple projects at a time ranging from $2M-$20M.
• Communicates well with Project Managers, Subcontractors, Engineers, Architects, etc.
