What You'll Do : Greet and screen all individuals entering the healthcare location, following established protocols to help to deter unauthorized access. Provide customer service by addressing questions and / or concerns from patients, visitors, and staff in a professional manner. Carry out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including monitoring for any unusual activity at entry points. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal guidelines and site instructions. Document and report observations, incidents, and / or irregularities according to the procedures outlined for the healthcare environment. Collaborate with healthcare staff and other Allied Universal personnel to support a secure environment for all individuals on site. Minimum Requirements : At least 1 year of security-related experience is required. Experience working in a hospital morgue environment is required. Must be at least 21 years of age. Customer service experience is preferred. Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
