Day shift, Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm.

The Social Worker Principal, located at UK’s Hazard KY clinic, will help patients deal with various personal, social, and mental health issues such as depression, unemployment domestic abuse and illness.

Duties include: conduct mental health assessments for new patients referred and/or scheduled for mental health services, provide direct therapy services for patients, provide referral to mental health program as needed. Use tests, measurements, and measurement scales for general and specific professional knowledge, communication skills, sensitivity, diversity assessments as well as objective patient criteria in a provision of services and evaluation service.
