Client Success Manager (CSM) – Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)

  • The Role

    As a CSM, you'll be the face of Plutus Health for our clients—owning relationships, driving performance, and ensuring operational excellence. You'll lead onboarding, resolve complex RCM issues, and serve as the strategic bridge between clients and our global teams.

    What You'll Do

  • Own the client relationship—be their go-to for all things RCM.
  • Lead onboarding—manage implementation and transition, including onsite presence and project management of all open items.
  • Write and refine SOPs with clients to align on workflows and expectations.
  • Solve problems at the source—identify and fix front-end issues at client sites.
  • Drive performance—analyze KPIs (AR, Denials, Collections) and lead QBRs.
  • Manage escalations—serve as project lead for global issues and cross-functional challenges.
  • Collaborate across teams—align operations, coding, tech, and analytics to deliver results.
  • Document everything—track interactions and outcomes in CRM for full transparency.
  • Upsell smartly—identify opportunities for additional services like coding audits and automation.
  • What You Bring

  • 5–10 years in client / account management within RCM, medical billing, or BPO.
  • Deep knowledge of end-to-end RCM processes and U.S. healthcare payers.
  • Strong analytical chops—Excel, Power BI, and RCM dashboards.
  • Stellar communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience managing enterprise / multi-specialty accounts.
  • Bachelor's in Healthcare Admin, Business, or related field (Master's a plus).
  • Bonus Points For

  • Familiarity with Advanced MD, Collab MD, Central Reach, eClinicalWorks, Athena, NextGen, etc.
  • Exposure to AI / ML-driven RCM tools.
  • Six Sigma, Lean, or PMP certification.
  • Experience working with U.S.–India delivery models.
