Monday to Friday from 6 : 45 AM to 3 : 15 PM with rotating evening, night, weekend, and holiday call.

Job Description

The Operating Room Registered Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality care to patients undergoing surgical procedures. The role requires prior travel experience in addition to a strong background in OR nursing, specifically in open and endoscopic, vascular, and neurosurgery. Candidates must have robotic experience to qualify for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Provide pre-operative and post-operative care to patients in the operating room
  • Assist with surgical procedures as needed
  • Maintain a sterile environment and follow protocol during surgeries
  • Monitor patient vitals and ensure patient safety during procedures

    • Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

  • Minimum of 2 years of OR RN experience; candidates with at least 1 year may be considered if they have experience in a 400+ bed facility
  • Mandatory robotic experience
  • BLS certification
  • Copy of Nursys / license is required
