About the Role :

As a Guest Service Associate at European Wax Center, you are the first point of contact for every guest—and you play a key role in creating a welcoming, professional, and memorable experience. You’ll be the face of our center, managing the flow of guests and appointments, answering questions, and promoting services and retail products. Through our proven training program, you'll gain valuable customer service and sales experience, with opportunities to grow into leadership roles.

What We’re Looking For :

Friendly, energetic, and professional demeanor

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable in a guest-facing, sales-focused role

Ability to manage appointment flow and guest check-in / check-out processes

Sales or front desk experience is a plus—but not required

Availability for part-time or full-time work, including at least one weekend day
