About the Project
As a Training & Implementation Specialist , you will help prepare trainers and end-users for the successful adoption of this transformative system.
What You’ll Do
- Design and develop training materials tailored to system users
- Lead Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions and support the internal training team
- Deliver engaging, hands-on training to diverse audiences
- Incorporate adult learning principles into every stage of training
- Provide feedback on training effectiveness and make continuous improvements
